For Parents/Carers
Daisy Chain offers a number of services for the parents and carers of children with an Autism Spectrum Condition, such as the Daisy Chain Links Group, which enables the parents and carers to meet other people in similar situations to share their experiences, information and provide mutual support.
There is the Thursday Morning Links or the Wednesday Evening Links. There is also the Tuesday Mix and Mingle and Advice Support and Guidance.
Thursday Morning Links - 10am to 12 noon
The meetings, which are held every Thursday during term-time at Daisy Chain between 10am and 12am, include regular key guest speakers, provide information and advice. The free-of-charge meeting also includes a light lunch on the first Thursday of every month.
All parents/carers are welcome and creche facilities are available, but need to be pre-booked. The cost is £5 for the first child and £2.50 for each additional child. There are limited free creche places so book early. For more information please contact a member of the Care Team on 01642 531248.

Wednesday Evening Links -monthly during term time - 6pm to 7:30pm
The meetings, which are held at Daisy Chain, were originally for parents of primary aged children, and are now extended to all parents of children with an ASC diagnosis, or those who are going through the diagnostic process. If you are unable to make the Thursday morning Links, why not join us for a coffee and a chat. We can discuss specific issues in a friendly and informal environment.

Advice, Support and Guidance
One to one support with strategies and help to understand Autism Spectrum Conditions is available, by appointment, with a member of the Care Team. The Care Team can work with children as well as parents/carers. Please ring us, on 01642 531248, and ask for the Care Team.
