Boot Camps - Military Fitness Group

Price: £5 per session with £1 of that going to Daisy Chain

Whether you are a complete novice to exercise or a regular you are very welcome to all of the activities and exercise sessions that the Physical Training Instructors conduct. The Boot Camps are run by serving or former members of the Armed Forces. All of the Team hold recognised fitness training qualifications. They will help motivate and encourage you back into fitness.
 

They do not expect you to be fit on your first visit. They are there to help you build up your own personal fitness with lots of encouragement and discipline.
