Daisy Chain, which was established in 2003, provides a range of services, including support and activity groups for the whole family from our 5.5 acre farm in Norton, Stockton-on-Tees.

Autism has a huge impact on, not just the individual, but also the wider family, so we look holistically at the needs of each family member. Autism can be isolating; it makes relating to other people, taking part in everyday family life and interacting with others a real struggle.

We work with our children in a safe, fun and friendly environment, teaching them new skills to help them deal with life outside Daisy Chain. Our parents and carers are given the opportunity to receive additional support, get some respite and talk to people who are in the same situation as them; our siblings can come and interact with other children who are affected by autism.

Daisy Chain relies on the support of businesses, the community and individuals. With more than 1 in 100 people in the UK diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) we provide vital support to families in the Tees Valley who are struggling to deal with the daily issues of raising and supporting a child with ASC.
