Daisy Chain is pleased to be able to provide free sessions for children who require 1:1 support. These sessions are fully funded by BBC Children in Need and can be accessed by children between the ages of 3 and 11.
- The sessions run weekly during the school holidays between May Half Term 2022 and Easter 2023
- We are able to provide each child with up to 2 sessions.
In order to secure your child/children’s place please download and complete the form below, indicating which 2 sessions you would prefer for them to attend, and email the completed form to bethany@daisychainproject.co.uk.

Expressions of interest open at 12:30pm on Thursday 17th March. Any expressions of interest received before this date and time will be discounted.
Please note additional 1:1 provision may also be available during the school holidays and will be advertised on a first come first served basis via social media.
