Children’s Activity Day is a respite session.
If you are eligible for HEP funding, email firstname.lastname@example.org to check, and secure a space. Please only send this email after bookings open on 22nd January 2024 at 7pm – expressions of interest will only be valid after this time. Criteria covers being in receipt of benefits related free school meals. There is also a 15% allowance for financial difficulty. Stockton Borough Council means test this criteria, not Daisy Chain.
This session is available to children and young people who have been diagnosed, who are undergoing diagnosis or who have been identified by a professional as having traits of the following neurodiversties- Autism, ADHD, FASD, SPD, Anxiety and social and communication differences.
For this session your child will need to have an up to date care plan and one page profile with us. If you have not completed these yet, please let us know after booking.
This session is for children and young people who can work who are able to work with a small group of other young people, listen to and follow instructions. If your child or young person requires 121 support and would like to attend this session, they can bring their own 121 support with them, we would need notice of this and a copy of the support’s DBS number.
