Our wellbeing service is offering weekly top up wellness sessions for young adults.
In these sessions we will be focusing on wellness, mindfulness as well as discussing what resources are working for you.
You will receive a resource booklet to help you achieve your wellness goals.
There are three different session times, each for different age groups:
- Session slot 13:30 – 14:30: this session is for individuals over 18.
- Session slot 16:00- 17:00: this session is for individuals aged 11-14.

To attend, you must have an up to date care plan. You also need to access the wellbeing service, have previously accessed the service, or be on the waiting list.
