We are collecting feedback from autistic adults, parents/carers and professionals about your experiences of adult social care in Redcar & Cleveland or Middlesbrough.
We are looking for feedback about all adult social care services including:
- Social workers
- Support workers
- Home care/supported living
- Support assessments
- Safeguarding support
- Occupational Therapy
- Day services and community opportunities
- Advocacy
- Advice and guidance
- Transition from child to adult social care
Your feedback will be presented to Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland Local Authority, who will use it to create a South Tees Strategy and Action Plan for autistic adults. Your feedback will remain anonymous.
