SuperstoreCoronavirus (COVID-19) - latest update Our charity Superstore on Portrack Lane opened in May 2014 and has gone from strength to strength, giving us the opportunity to increase awareness of Daisy Chain and to provide a sustainable income to help us to support families affected by autism in the Tees Valley. You can sign up for our newsletter at the foot of the page. Due to the second national lockdown, meaning that non-essential retailers in England have to close, the Superstore is not open for trading and is unable to accept donations at the current time. A full risk assessment has been undertaken in relation to the opening of the Superstore during the Covid-19 pandemic and is available to see here. You can bring donated items to the Superstore from Monday-Saturday from 9:30am - our friendly Superstore team are always on hand to help you! Due to lockdown, the Superstore is currently closed and so unable to accept in-person donations. Please note, donations are not accepted at front of store for health and safety reasons. Please use the Donation Station at the rear of the store - staff are happy to unload items from your car for you (ring the bell). For furniture and larger items, we have our dedicated Daisy Chain van team, who we can arrange to come & collect your donated items from your home or workplace. To arrange a collection, call the Superstore on 01642 956837. Don't forget, if you're eligible, you can register for Gift Aid and allow us to claim an additional 25% on your donation!
