What we do For parents Links - parent support group Our Links group is for the parents and carers of children who have an Autism Spectrum Disorder, or who have children going through the diagnostic process. Thursday Morning Links "Links" meets each Thursday during term time in our Day Centre between 10am and 12 noon. All parents and carers are welcome and creche facilities are available. The weekly programme is varied, with interesting speakers, workshops and an opportunity for an informal chat. The meeting also includes light refreshments on the first Thursday of every month. Wednesday Evening Links We also run a Wednesday Evening Links group, for those who are unavailable throughout the working day. These meetings run monthly during term time between 6pm and 7.30pm, and again, is open to all parents and carers of children with an ASD diagnosis, or those who are going through the diagnostic process. Hartlepool Links Since October 2017, we have also been running a Links group in Hartlepool which is funded by NHS Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees Clinical Commissioning Group, and meets every Monday morning (during term time) 10am-12pm at West View Resource Centre, Miers Avenue. It is open to all parents and carers of children with an ASD diagnosis, or those who are going through the diagnostic process living in the Hartlepool area.
