Frances is the founder of Hartlepool-based charity The PFC Trust. Originally from Northern Ireland, Frances moved to Hartlepool with her husband, Patrick, to work in 1990.

When the couple won the EuroMillions lottery at the start of 2019, one of their first acts was to set up the PFC Trust to give something back. The PFC Trust aims to improve the lives and life chances of the people of Hartlepool and the surrounding area by celebrating all of the good in the town and helping those who need it.

Frances is proud to be a patron of Daisy Chain and to link the charity closely with the PFC Trust and its mission.
