Lesley is a Senior Human Resources professional with a broad generalist background in a variety of sectors. After many years of working for a number of blue chip companies covering the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands, Lesley decided to set up her own consultancy business. Lesley had the privilege to be asked to write the Missionary Handbook for an organisation in Cambodia and following this held a number of HR training sessions in Cambodia.

Lesley initially came to Daisy Chain to do some HR consultancy work and was so impressed with the charity that she signed up as a volunteer. When approached by the board of trustees, she felt it was a unique opportunity to be involved with the charity at a board level and wanted to use her experience in HR to benefit Daisy Chain.

Lesley really enjoys being part of a growing charity that is working in an area that benefits many of our local families.

Outside of her working life, Lesley enjoys photography, walking and repurposing and up-cycling old and unloved furniture.
