We offer neurodiversity and autism acceptance training to staff working for adult and children’s care providers. This ensures you remain contract-compliant and can be confident when you have an inspection from Ofsted/CQC.
This training is available for but is not exclusive to: care homes, domiciliary care, short-breaks, respite services, Shared Lives, retirement homes, supported living, children’s homes, fostering agencies, short breaks providers, respite services and residential special schools.
Training is available to both small teams, and also larger groups within organisations. This can be delivered face-to-face at our centre; in your own work place or virtually.

This is a 2-hour course which gives a general awareness of neurodiversity and autism to all staff, detailing the key three areas of difference, and how we can support individuals by making reasonable adjustments.

This is a 2-hour course aimed at customer-facing staff which gives a general awareness of neurodiversity and specifically how staff can support customers and service users by creating an autism friendly environment, understanding the individual’s needs and behaviours, and clear concise communication and information sharing.
