SuperstoreCoronavirus (COVID-19) - latest update Our charity Superstore on Portrack Lane opened in May 2014 and has gone from strength to strength, giving us the opportunity to increase awareness of Daisy Chain and to provide a sustainable income to help us to support families affected by autism in the Tees Valley. You can sign up for our newsletter at the foot of the page. Due to the second national lockdown, meaning that non-essential retailers in England have to close, the Superstore is not open for trading and is unable to accept donations at the current time. A full risk assessment has been undertaken in relation to the opening of the Superstore during the Covid-19 pandemic and is available to see here. Our volunteers support us by: helping in our Coffee Shop, serving customers and preparing food & drinks sorting and pricing donated items keeping the shop floor looking pristine helping with displays in store driving our van to collect and deliver donations to name but a few! Whatever your skills, whatever you can offer, we want to hear from you! Download an Application Form to start volunteering with Daisy Chain!
