We need a wide variety of items to sell - from large items of furniture and dining rooms sets to smaller items like children's toys, books, bric a brac and clothes - all to help us to raise funds for our families.

You can see from the list below, we can make use of most household items, although we do ask that items are of good quality, in good condition and suitable for use by others

During the covid-19 pandemic, please refer to the risk assessment here.

Now we have a much larger unit, we have even more space to sell furniture items. We will accept:

  • Sofas and armchairs (any upholstered items must have flame retardant labels)
  • Beds (mattress in excellent condition with no marks on, and only with bed frames)
  • Cupboards
  • Chairs
  • Desks
  • Dressers
  • Sideboards
  • Stools
  • Tables
  • Dining sets

We cannot accept goods which are stained, faulty or unfit for resale - donating these items to us leads to increased costs to the charity and adds to landfill.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept white goods.

Smaller items

  • Small electrical items (in good working condition)
  • Books
  • Shoes and handbags
  • Clothing
  • Accessories
  • Jewellery
  • CDs and DVDs
  • Children's toys
  • Homeware

High value or specialist items
